Our History
Adorned with mosaics, its Art Deco façade at 16 avenue Victor Hugo has become part of the Parisian landscape. A legendary address for caviar lovers since 1924, Maison Prunier embraces a renewed elegance, with a symphony of cuisine and décor: chef Romain Fornell and interior architect Lázaro-Violan, two talents united by their love of the sea and respect for heritage. The Prunier restaurant remains anchored in the memory of its icons: Alfred Prunier, Yves Saint Laurent, and Pierre Bergé.
The Bar
With its interior listed as a Historic Monument, its oyster counters, and the ballet of its service, it is the beating heart of the House. Signature cocktails, a quick tasting, or caviar by night: our bar offers a unique atmosphere in the city, open 7 days a week with continuous service — late lunch or early dinner — until 2 a.m.
Restaurant
Upstairs, in an equally historic setting true to the spirit of the Izba salon so dear to Pierre Bergé, the restaurant offers a timeless table, in a Fine Dining atmosphere designed for conversation. A refined menu of great classics and grilled fish complements the selection of Prunier caviars and seafood.
Private Events
In a private salon (“Pierre Bergé”, “La Rotonde”) or through full venue hire, our spaces can be tailored to your private or business events. Whether a cocktail reception or a seated dinner (from 10 guests), our team will adapt to your needs.
